Having obtained a general construction license in 1975, Richard worked in residential construction, building over 300 homes, and in commercial construction developing and building office communities, fast food facilities, and apartment complexes. He now oversees construction projects of Western States Lodging. Experience: President of Richard Miles Construction and Development through 1996. Education: Bachelor of Science-University of Utah (1975).
