With a 20 year history in real estate development and sales, Stephen is the partner responsible for the development aspect of Western States projects. Specific background includes developing 66,000 square feet of office space and securing income tax credits for elderly housing projects. He is now responsible for development of Western States Lodging. Experience: Real Estate Sales (1981-1984), Owner/Broker of Stephen P. Miles and Associates (1991-1994). Education: Bachelor of Science-University of Utah (1982).
