The Homewood Suites by Hilton Downtown SLC is looking for a Full-time evening Maintenance Worker.
PRIMARY JOB DUTIES
Maintains the physical facilities through a structured program of preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and repair maintenance.
Ensures daily work orders are completed in a timely manner to ensure total guest satisfaction.
Ensure pool chemistry and temperature is in accordance to current health department standards.
Ensures the safety and security of the ground and building.
Maintains the grounds and landscaping in neat and an attractive manner. Ensures timely snow removal and the safety of walkways and parking lots.
Practice positive guest relations by demonstrating the Western States Lodging and Management hospitality and service standards.
Practices all safety and loss prevention procedures.
Performs other reasonable tasks as assigned by supervisor.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge and experience of physical plan maintenance, and physical plant protection.
Ability to effectively communicate with guests, vendors, supervisor and associates.
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
