Opened in November 2009. Includes a 40-unit Transitional Rehabilitation Center provides short-term rehabilitation following orthopedic surgery or other hospitalization. Also includes separate 37-apartment Memory Care community that provides assistance for those suffering with memory-related disorders such as Alzheimer’s disease.

Rehabilitation
Offering a hospitality-based approach to recovery.
Opening fall 2009, Legacy Village Transitional Rehabilitation will be a state-of-the-art center dedicated exclusively to physical rehabilitation. Our 40-bed rehabilitation unit will offer a hospitality-based approach to customer care, and to nursing and rehabilitation services. Our guests will receive personalized attention as they recover from orthopedic or cardiac surgery, injuries, strokes and other types of hospitalization.
A full team of physical, occupational and speech therapists will provide each necessary discipline of therapy all pointed at returning our guests to their prior level of functioning.
Memory Care
A secure environment for peace of mind.
The memory-care community at Legacy Village will be run by professionally trained staff who provide assistance and supervision for daily activities such as eating, bathing, grooming, bathroom visits and walking all in a secure environment. Our residents enjoy private apartments furnished with personal belongings and mementos that make it feel like home. Special thought is given to the décor and functionality of each room. Activities are also specially designed to meet the needs of our residents.
